Banana, Almonds, and Cinnamon

(serves 2)

1.5 cups of water
1 cups of oatmeal
1 ripe banana
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)


1. bring water/banana solution to a boil
2. add oatmeal, remaining ingredients, and reduce heat
3. simmer until ready
4. enjoy with milk
